Problem

SEEK’s growth team was looking to improve the speed in which they define and validate ideas, and have greater confidence that what they “green light” will have the projected impact once in market.

Approach

We ran a 2-day workshop to teach tools and techniques for defining growth ideas and gathering proof around audience, proposition, and pricing. Followed by on-the-ground coaching (2 days a week) to improve how they tackled live growth projects.

Outcomes

95% of the team felt more equipped to accelerate and improve the effectiveness of testing new growth ideas.
