Looking to confidently find new ways to grow your business?

79% of new bets fail

Because companies don’t have the right skills

Does this sound like you?

  • You've perfected your product-market fit and are now focused on improving profits and streamlining operations.

  • You realise you can't keep offering the same products forever, yet finding the time to explore new strategies while scaling your current business is a challenge.

  • Your team is already stretched thin with current responsibilities, leaving little room (or budget) to develop a team dedicated to future planning.

It's exhausting, you're overwhelmed, but you’re constantly worried about how you can maintain your competitive edge (you can't afford to be a one-hit wonder).

The result?

New growth often gets de-prioritised or executed poorly, running the risk of not hitting your targets or being overtaken by competitors.

Wouldn't you rather feel relaxed, confident, and have a clear vision for your 'what's next?' without sacrificing the growth of your existing business?

We act as your growth swiss army knife.

We bridge your capability gap, offering the strategic guidance and hands-on support needed to successfully grow your business by:

  • Enhancing current products

  • Launching new ones

We help product leaders chasing new growth targets, but lacking support

A bit about Hayley

I’ve been a strategist for over 16 years. In that time I’ve:

  • Worked with hundreds of founders, and companies like Accenture, L’Oréal, Vogue, and Woolworths in New York, London, Melbourne, LA and Sydney.

  • Started and grown my own 6-figure consulting business, working with clients like Seek, City of Melbourne and Asahi.

  • Been the Chief Growth Officer for a venture studio in Australia and the US

  • Mentored for accelerators like Techstars (LA), Blackbird, and SBE Ventures, guiding startups and new ventures toward success.

I dance between sales, strategy, product and marketing, connecting the dots between all elements of growth. The benefit? I can zoom out, create clear plans of action and ways to test them before you commit too much time and money on tactics.

When I work with clients, I’m actively involved, making sure your growth plans don’t just look good on paper, but work in practice. For this to happen, I offer both strategic advice and can roll up my sleeves and get hands-on in the trenches with you and your team.

Client shoutouts

“Hayley was exceptionally fast with engaging, distilling and abstracting complex deep domain topics into the simple language and massaging we needed. She helped crystallise our purpose/mission and 'pitch,' which is really hard when in the weeds. She asks the right questions to extract the right info.”

— Ashley Kras, CEO

“One of the sharpest thinkers in the business, super determined and an expert when it comes to proving value in new ideas. Anyone who wants help on the long, emotional path to finding product-market fit should chat to Hayley. A lifelong friend of Shadowboxer and a great human to be around.”

— Ste Graham, Partner

“Hayley cuts through the noise in the product development space with clear frameworks and case studies to educate others quickly.”

— Bella, Head of Product

”We are never short of ideas, but it’s always hard to know which ones to launch. Working with Hayley gave us breathing room to keep our business moving, while still working on what we’d launch next. She showed us new ways to prioritise ideas, and get real data on what people wanted before we launched. It was such a relief not to be flying blind when we pressed go.”

— Hannah Spilva, CEO

“Hayley is one of the most talented people I’ve met at distilling core needs all the way to tactics when I often described rather obtuse challenges!”

— Auriga Martin, CEO
